Saints Spoil Desmond Ridder’s First Career Start

Taysom Hill looked downfield and fired the ball. In Desmond Ridder’s first career start the Saints were able to come out of Atlanta with a 21-18 win. Taysom Hill threw for 80 yards including a long touchdown pass to Rashid Shaheed. Andy Dalton was also able to add 2 more touchdowns through the air. This game make both teams 5-9, but the Buccaneers currently lead the division at only 6-7. That would be the only way that either of these 2 squads realistically have a shot into the playoffs. Next week the Saints to Cleveland to have a matchup with the Browns, as the Falcons head to Baltimore to take on the Ravens on New Year’s Eve.
