Analysis and Game Picks For Week 16 ‘MNF’

After a big week 16 for playoff implementations, we have another game that could shake up everything on 'MNF' when the Chargers take on the Colts. The Colts however are eliminated from the playoffs, but the Chargers sit at the 7 seed, but only by 1 and a half games. We will see what will happen, as I will share my analysis and who I think will win.

Chargers (8-6) @Colts (4-9-1) -3.5 LAC

Chargers:

The Los Angles Chargers come into this big matchup after a nail-biting 17-14 win, thanks to a game winning drive with less than a minute remaining. The Chargers defense was very solid against Ryan Tannehill and Malik Willis, holding them to 185 combined passing yards, and they picked off Ryan Tannehill once. They will look to have a similar showing against the Colts, and they look to punch their ticket into the playoffs with a victory.

Colts:

The Indianapolis Colts come off of blowing a 33-0 lead, giving up the biggest comeback in NFL history. Interm Head Coach, Jeff Saturday, said that Matt Ryan will be benched in favor on Nick Foles. This is the second time he has been benched this season, as Sam Ehlinger took over back in week 8. Nick Foles (the former Chicago Bear) will play his first action for the Colts this year, as they look to upset the Chargers. We will see if he can get it done, as he will be without star running back Jonathan Taylor.
